We are excited to announce that FICO has acquired Nextmv! In today's fast-paced AI and decision intelligence (DI) environment, the ability to manage the entire decision lifecycle with efficiency and reliability is vital across sectors such as finance, logistics, biotechnology, healthcare, retail, aerospace, and supply chain.
By joining forces, Nextmv will integrate with FICO® Platform to advance agentic decision workflows and modern DecisionOps capabilities, building on the existing, industry-leading functionality for decision model experimentation, governance, and observability. FICO® Platform is a leader in decision intelligence, and has been independently recognized by Gartner, Forrester, and IDC for their innovation. We are currently attending FICO World this week and meeting with industry leaders and practitioners alongside the FICO team to talk about the exciting future ahead.
There is a lot to unpack with this type of announcement. We will be sharing more information soon on our blog and in dedicated conversations. But there are three items we want to highlight now:
We remain dedicated to the success of our customers, partners, and broader DI community as part of the FICO family. You are well positioned to grow your decision technology stack alongside the full capability of the FICO Platform.
Our commitment to supporting a diverse ecosystem of integrations remains unchanged. Nextmv and FICO will continue to enhance its compatibility with various open source and commercial decision technologies, including optimization solvers, modeling frameworks, heuristics, rules engines, and simulation tools.
There are exciting developments ahead. We are especially excited about what’s on the horizon with innovative, agentic-based decision workflows that operate based on a complete system of record for every decision.
To our customers and partners, community advocates and social followers, and anyone who’s met with us at a conference, attended a Nextmv techtalk, or chatted DecisionOps over coffee: We are grateful for your support for what we’ve built together so far at Nextmv and we look forward to this next chapter together.
May your solutions be ever improving 🖖
